• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Standard delivery is via reputable courier (2–5 business days for most locations).

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside our control.

3. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

• If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

Currently, we do not ship outside South Africa.
