1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us to arrange an exchange.
