1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us to arrange an exchange.

5. Shipping Returns

• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
