ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS CLEARED IN OUR ACCOUNT WE WILL PUT YOUR ORDER INTO PRODUCTION.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT WE MAKE ALL OUR ITEMS TO ORDER WHICH MEANS
THAT WE DO NOT KEEP A LARGE AMOUNT OF READY MADE ITEMS IN STOCK.
OUR LEAD TIME IS up to 21 WORKING DAYS BUT THIS CAN BE SHORTER DEPENDING ON HOW BUSY WE ARE.

Local – Port Elizabeth Metro – free delivery

National – Courier  R99 (Remote areas and large parcels will have an additional cost)

International – Courier -quote required.

FREE SHIPPING FOR NATIONAL ORDERS OVER R1000.00 AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER R2500,00 EXCLUDING FURNITURE.

Return Policy:

WE TAKE GREAT CARE WITH OUR QUALITY AND STRIVE TO DELIVER ITEMS IN PERFECT CONDITION.
IF YOU ARE, HOWEVER NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE DUE TO FIT OR ANY OTHER REASON YOU ARE WELCOME TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. THE ITEM(S) MUST STILL BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE FOR THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT. (UNLESS THERE IS A MAJOR MANUFACTURING FAULT ON OUR SIDE SUCH AS A TEAR, BROKEN SEAM, MISSING BUTTON ETC…) THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEMS BACK FROM THE CLIENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON SALE ITEMS.
