At Kidz Thingz RSA, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. As many of our products are handmade or made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the product selected.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping unless specifically arranged in advance.


Processing Times

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Ready-Made Items

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

Handmade or Made-to-Order Items

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

Certain custom or personalised orders may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you accordingly.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities & Metropolitan Areas 1–3 Business Days
Regional Areas 2–5 Business Days
Remote Areas 3–7 Business Days

These times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, strikes, or peak shopping periods.


Delivery Fees

The charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over R750 within South Africa.

For orders below this amount, standard courier charges will apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use this tracking information to monitor your delivery progress.


Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

Kidz Thingz RSA cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel,
  • The address provided is incorrect,
  • The parcel is refused,

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs before opening the package.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Email the photographs and your order number to info@kidzthingzrsa.co.za.

We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Kidz Thingz RSA shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Civil unrest
  • Power outages
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers may collect orders by prior arrangement.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
