At Kidz Thingz RSA, we take pride in creating quality handmade baby clothing, accessories, and gifts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We are committed to complying with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ensuring our customers receive quality products and excellent service
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items made to customer specifications
- Gift cards
- Clearance or end-of-range items clearly marked as non-returnable
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly supplied
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@kidzthingzrsa.co.za.
To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item
Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Kidz Thingz RSA will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Replacement
- Repair (where applicable)
- Refund
In such cases, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Kidz Thingz RSA.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange eligible items for:
- Different sizes (subject to availability)
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrectly supplied products
To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during delivery
- We supplied the incorrect item
We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch.
Custom-made or personalised items that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
